Our homes are located in Southern Maine, close to Maine’s iconic beaches, Maine Mall, and health care providers.

At Easy Care Residential, our homes are meant to make residents feel like they’re… well, home! Residents are given their own room, helping them cultivate a sense of independence. In addition, our homes are in vibrant neighborhoods, within walking distance of public resources and local businesses. We are committed to providing each resident with the opportunities to cultivate relationships and life skills they need to not only grow, but to thrive.

Although we offer many activities to our residents we also do them at the pace of the individual. Whether the pace is fast or slow we want each participant to go at the pace that is most comfortable to them. Interacting with the community allows residents to build on their strengths and truly become a part of the fabric of the community. It is our hope that this will equal to a whole lot of fun!

All of our residences are within walking distance of public resources and local businesses, as well as near healthcare providers and grocery stores. View our locations below.

Greater Portland offers variety of activities for our residents to participate in, from outdoor activities, to shopping at the Maine Mall, to viewing art and culture at the First Friday Art Walk and so much more. Portland’s downtown area is clean, attractive and functional, and the entire city has a slow pace and small-town, New England feel. A perfect place to call home!

The Saco-Biddeford area offers our residents proximity to Maine’s iconic beaches like Old Orchard and Biddeford Pool, shopping, and many more fun and exciting places to explore! The twin cities is a vibrant community that offers a glimpse into Maine’s rich history, boasting a renovated and rehabilitated mill in the heart of downtown, bustling shops and several restaurants.
